Policy Notification
Thank you so much for choosing Revamp Therapies for your massage and bodywork needs. To ensure a smooth, respectful, and relaxing experience for everyone, we have a few simple policies in place.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late cancellations (within 24 hours) and missed appointments prevent us from offering that time to other clients who may be waiting. For this reason, 100% of the treatment fee will be charged for any appointments cancelled within 24 hours or for no-shows. An unconfirmed appointment is still booked, so it’s vital for you to cancel to avoid this charge
To make things easy, we may securely keep a card on file for bookings.
We completely understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you are unwell (fever, infection, vomiting, or similar symptoms), please let us know as soon as possible so we can support you appropriately.
Late Arrival Policy
We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early so you can settle in and fully enjoy your treatment.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client. The full treatment fee will still apply. If we are ever running behind, we will always do our best to make up the time or adjust your session accordingly.
Respectful Environment Policy
Revamp Therapies is a safe, professional space focused on relaxation and therapeutic care.
Any inappropriate behaviour, comments, or requests will result in the immediate end of the session and refusal of future bookings. Full payment will still apply. We appreciate your understanding and mutual respect.
